Minister of Home Affairs publishes the Work permit Quota categories.

The Minister of Home Affairs today released Government Gazette number 28480 dated the 8th February 2006.

This much awaited Gazette details the specific Professional Categories and Occupational Classes as is required in terms of Section 19(1) of the Immigration Act number 13 of 2002.

We are currently evaluating how these categories will impact on Quota work permits and will do a follow up newsletter as soon as we have done so.
